Privacy

If we texted you back. You called VendiXperts at (830) 429-5393 and nobody could pick up, so our system replied by text. We hold your number, the time of the call, any voicemail and its transcript, and the messages either way. Nobody sees it apart from us and the phone company and software providers that carry the messages for us, who may only use it to run the service. Kept up to 24 months. Message frequency varies and depends on how often you call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop the texts, or HELP for help. Full detail is on the text messaging program page.

If you contacted us about a machine or a route. We hold the name, business, address, email and phone number you give us, and what you tell us about the location. We use it to work out whether we can help and, if you agree to a placement, to introduce you to an operator who services your area. We do not sell it.

What we never do. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Terms

Use of this website or engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

VendiXperts matches businesses with independent vending and ATM operators. The machines are owned, stocked and serviced by the operator, not by VendiXperts. Any agreement about a machine is between the location and that operator, and we are not a party to it.

Nothing here is an offer or a guarantee. No placement, revenue, timeline or result is promised, and we may decline any inquiry.

Services are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered calls, texts or email.
